- All participants must register according to their role in the conference.
- If you are planning to present a paper, please register as a Presenter.
- If you are not presenting, please register as a Participant (Non-Presenter).
- Non-presenting participants are welcome to attend and engage in all conference sessions. However, if you later decide to present, you must update your registration and select the Presenter category.
- Each participant is allowed to submit more than one paper as an author or co-author. However, only one individual may serve to present their paper in the conference.
- Registration fees are determined based on your institutional affiliation, not nationality.
- The registration fee does not cover accommodation or publication costs.
- Presenters who do not wish to publish may choose to submit only an extended abstract.
These extended abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceeding.

- We are only accept payment in Japanese Yen.
- Payments will only be accepted during the following periods: Early Bird registration from 1 – 15 October 2025, and Regular registration from 16 – 30 October 2025. Payments made outside these periods will not be accepted.
