Registration

How to register

In order to register for the Conference please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid upon receipt of payment. There is a student fee for the conference. When you want to make use of this fee, your registration must be accompanied by a recent proof of studentship (either as BSc, MSc or PhD student).

Payment procedures

Payments only can be made by bank transfer. All payments should be made in US Dollar ($) or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Personal cheques and other foreign currencies are not accepted. Transfer fees shall be at charge of the sender, not the Sustain 2018 organization.

Payment is for one person attendance at the conference (corresponding/presenter author). If the co-authors wish to join the conference, the co-author is expected to register as non-presenter.

After the payment is completed, please send your transfer proof (.pdf or .jpeg) and Registration Form and return it by e-mail to: registration@sustain-conference.com .

The conference charge:

  1. International participant:
    1. General presenter (300 USD),
    2. Student presenter (250 USD),
    3. Non presenter (100 USD),
    4. Second paper (200 USD)
  2. Local participant:
    1. General presenter (Rp 3,000,000),
    2. Student presenter (Rp 2,500,000),
    3. Non presenter (Rp 1,000,000),
    4. Second paper (Rp 2,000,000)
  3. One Day Tour/person: Rp 400,000 / 30 USD

All registrations must be completed by September 30, 2018

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to the SustaiN 2018 Please send letter of cancellation to secretariat@sustain-conference.com and registration@sustain-conference.com
  2. Cancellations received by 28 September 2018: full refund minus processing fee.
  3. Cancellations received after 28 September 2018: no refund.
